Introducing Kharma | DIREKTA — a new range of seed drills based on the well-known Kharma seeding platform. This design makes it possible to have a no-till seeder that can also be used for conventional seeding. A complete, effective solution developed to perform under demanding conditions — with the proven reliability of the Vomer brand.

Each tine includes a rear press wheel to ensure a perfect finish, even in varying field condition.

With a 4-row layout, the seeding units open a 20 mm furrow while ensuring stability and uniform depth, even in high-residue conditions.
Rear wheels compact each row individually, enhancing seed-to-soil contact and promoting even germination — while also allowing for use in conventional seeding.
Its support wheel setup ensures optimal performance in both direct and conventional seeding systems.
Centralized adjustment system for easy adaptation to different soil types and moisture conditions.
With the merlin metering system and GPS-based section control, seed use is optimized, overlaps are eliminated, and efficiency is maximized.

Rear Compaction System
The rear compaction system performs three key functions: it improves seed-to-soil contact, controls seeding depth, and adds stability to the machine. Each wheel compacts 3 seeding lines when working with 17 cm spacing, or 2 lines at 25 cm spacing — ensuring proper furrow closing and optimal seed placement.
Additionally, its configuration supports the machine by helping to control depth, which is especially useful in conventional seeding, where the terrain may be more irregular and greater stability is needed to maintain consistent depth.

Cutting in 4 Sectors
The electronic seed metering system integrated into the GPS divides the sowing line into 4 sectors, maximizing efficiency by saving seeds and increasing productivity. With manual or automatic cutting, this design avoids reseeding and optimizes the use of the headers.

Lateral Wings Oscillation
Thanks to its independently oscillating lateral wings, the seeder improves its ability to follow ground unevenness. This allows the seeding units to maintain more stable contact with the soil under variable field conditions, helping to preserve a more consistent working depth.
The result is more regular seed placement and more uniform crop emergence, even on fields with moderate slopes or irregular surfaces.

merlin Seed Metering
The success of a harvest is in the precision of the sowing. The Kharma seed drill, with the Vomer Merlin.4 seed metering, ensures an exact seed dosage from 1 to 450 kg without changing rollers. Its 4-sector electronic control prevents reseeding and accumulations, guaranteeing efficient and uniform sowing.
