Shallow cultivation

The MiniTILLER MAX is a trailed cultivator with high-performance arms configured in 6 rows. Its use is intended for crops that require the creation of a false seedbed, leveling of plowed land, as well as the incorporation of an intermediate crop or breaking of the crust. In a single pass, we achieve a virtually continuous vertical incorporation and breaking work, up to 30cm deep. This improves crop establishment, controls weed growth, or prevents pests. The use of front implements such as the cutting roller or leveling bar increases work efficiency.

Smart Design

Designed with a highly efficient depth control system that adjusts both the control wheels and the rear roller simultaneously, allowing for precise and uniform depth control through hydraulic actuation. Its construction with integrated wheels provides great maneuverability, and we achieve optimal weight distribution, making full use of the equipment's width to generate work. The design of the MiniTILLER MAX nullifies all lateral forces with a symmetrical distribution of the tines, allowing the cultivator to work perfectly straight behind the tractor, which is advantageous when using GPS guidance systems and large working widths.

MAX Platform

The MAX series trailed equipment is characterized by its intermediate and integrated position of the wheels and dynamic depth control. They offer better utilization of tractor power and capabilities, reduce weight on the rear axle, improve transport of the assembly, and increase productivity with reduced fuel consumption.

The central position of the transport and control wheels ensures a balanced distribution of weight, ensuring stability and preventing equipment sway during operation. The independent movement of the wheels provides great maneuverability in the field, allowing the equipment to be fully lifted during maneuvers. Optionally, a road suspension system can be incorporated.

Fast, simple & precise.

Dynamic control of working depth, with a quick and precise hydraulic drive, greatly simplifies the choice of working depth. It automatically adjusts the position of the roller and control wheels. With just one tractor control lever, you manage the depth and movement of the wheels for the end rows.

Compact Design yet Spacious

Despite featuring 6 rows of arms and incorporating rear or front harrows, the MiniTILLER MAX has a compact machine length, which enhances stability thanks to its side wheels, which also provide uniform working depth. In uneven conditions, the design of the MiniTILLER MAX has a great ability to follow the terrain contour. At the same time, the space between rows is sufficient to avoid problems with stubble and weeds, ensuring work across the full width of the equipment in a single pass.

Strong frame

Designed from scratch with an extremely robust and sturdy frame, ensuring a long life of the equipment, even under continuous and demanding work conditions, with either light or heavy rollers. Few greasing points reduce maintenance, most of the moving parts incorporate plastic bearings that significantly extend the life of the assembly and minimize maintenance interval.
