PRO-Level tillage and stubble

The CultiDISC | PRO is a trailed compact disc harrow with 72cm (28") discs. It is intended for crops that require the management and incorporation of large amounts of residues or stubble, especially from corn, as well as working the entire surface layer, particularly in initial tasks.

In a single pass, we leave a completely mixed soil to a depth of 22cm, which promotes the decomposition of residues and creates a deeper layer of prepared soil.

PROactive Design

Designed with individual floating discs mounted on high resistance elastomers, it increases penetration capacity, and each disc adapts individually to the terrain, resulting in an advantage over systems with double discs. Its construction with central wheels provides great maneuverability and optimal weight distribution, an advantage at high speed and greater depth.

The design of the CultiDISC | PRO cancels out lateral forces and allows the cultivator to work straight behind the tractor, which gives us an advantage when working 100% of the terrain with GPS guidance systems.

Works with residues effortless

With a spacious design featuring increased spacing between discs and rows, it's able to handle larger amounts of crop residues and debris without clogging. Rear-mounted bearings facilitate soil flow around the disc.

With enhanced capacity

The 28" discs mounted on one of the sturdiest arms in its class allow for depths of up to 22cm, effectively turning, mixing, and cutting while managing residues like few other machines can. The lateral discs and intermediate harrows ensure an optimal finish, free from furrows or clumps.

A very resistant frame

Designed from the ground up with an extremely robust and durable frame (100x100 box), ensuring a long equipment life even under continuous and tough conditions. Few greasing points reduce maintenance. The disc bars are laterally adjustable, ensuring optimal cutting and uniform work throughout the disc's lifespan.

Intermediate wheels

The intermediate position of the wheels ensures a balanced weight distribution, ensuring stability and preventing the equipment from pitching during operation. The independent movement of the wheels allows for easy handling in the field, enabling the equipment to be fully raised during maneuvers or to relieve weight on the roller. The hydraulic depth control greatly simplifies operation. Optionally, the road suspension system can be incorporated.
