The CultiDISC | NEO is a cultivator with 24” (22" optional) discs designed for crops that require false seedbed creation, leveling of plowed land, incorporation of an intermediate crop, or crust breaking. In a single pass, we achieve continuous incorporation from 3 to 17cm, improving crop establishment, controlling weed growth, or preventing pests. The disc diameter is suitable for increasing incorporation effect with lower power requirements.

Designed for efficiency: unmatched advantages

Designed with individual floating discs mounted on elastomers, it enhances penetration capacity. Additionally, each disc adapts individually to the terrain, providing an advantage over double disc systems.Its suspended configuration ensures excellent manoeuvrability, particularly in small fields. The design of the CultiDISC | NEO nullifies lateral forces, allowing the cultivator to work straight behind the tractor, providing an advantage when working with 100% of the land in GPS-guided systems.

Superior Mixing

Rear-placed bearings facilitate soil sliding over the disc. Cutting angles and inclinations are designed for better mixing, not just cutting.

A very resistant frame

Designed to be highly durable, ensuring a long lifespan of the equipment even under continuous work. Few greasing points reduce maintenance. Drawbars and braces are designed without welds to prevent stress from leading to breakages.
